By transit
OC Transpo routes 6 and 7 run straight down Bank from downtown; it's a short ride from the core. The whole strip is walkable once you're here.
By car or bike
Parking is available throughout the neighbourhood, with paid garages at Lansdowne Park (underground) and the City of Ottawa garage off Third Avenue. Cyclists get over 250 bike parking spots at Lansdowne alone.
On foot
Flat, stroller-friendly, and fifteen blocks end to end. The Rideau Canal and Patterson Creek border the east side; Lansdowne Park anchors the south.
Make a day of it

The Glebe by season
Spring. The teal street chairs return to the avenues, and one Saturday in May the whole neighbourhood becomes the Great Glebe Garage Sale. Expect road and parking changes that day.
Summer. Patio season in full swing, Wednesday Night Live on the courtyard stage, and the market every Sunday.
Fall. Game days at TD Place and the shops at their coziest.
Winter. When the Rideau Canal Skateway opens, the Glebe is its main-street landing: skate, then thaw out over something warm on Bank.
