Programs
Façade Improvement Grant
Financial assistance for property owners and tenants improving the visual quality, functionality and streetscape presence of commercial buildings, up to $2,000 per building or tenant, subject to available funds.Program details.
Associate Memberships
No storefront in the district? Eligible registered home-based businesses in the Associate Member district can still join the BIA.Eligibility and application.
Security Camera Program
The BIA sponsors up to two in-store security cameras per business, designed to support under-resourced members enhancing safety and deterring theft.How to apply.
